Medical Malpractice for Dentists
Medical malpractice coverage is for legal claims arising from allegations of medical negligence and malpractice but may also cover your work on peer review panels. If such a decision results in a lawsuit, malpractice coverage will protect you up to the policy limit.
This insurance helps to cover defence fees, expert witness costs, legal fees and settlement costs.
Key Features of our cover:
- Premium can be below HKD 7,000
- Deductible at around HKD 3,500
- Full Policy Limit for Legal Representation Expenses
- Cover overseas medical services (outside USA / Canada)
- Life-time run off cover for retired practitioner
- One free Limit of Liability Reinstatement
Loss of Income Insurance for Dentists
Loss of Income Insurance provides income protection to the dental practitioner in the event of sickness or unforeseen accident happening by chance which causes a bodily injury. Pricing is based on income band and age.
Key Features of our cover:
- Weekly benefit as high as HKD 12,500 per week (Up to max of 52 weeks benefit period)
- Accidental Death / Permanent Disability coverage included
- Sickness coverage included subject to list of covered sickness
- Burns coverage included
- Covered household utilities expenses (Up to max of 12 months)
- Care Assistant benefit included (Up to max of 12 months)
We also offer Office Insurance and Cyber Insurance for Dental Practices.
